A family challenge held along Chater Road requires the participation of an Adult Rat (parent / guardian aged 18 or above) and a Kid Rat (children aged 5 to 8 years old).

The Kid Rats will need to collect "fruits" from "trees" located in front of the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong on the Chater Road. Then, each team will work together to decorate the "birthday cake" at the finish line and put a "birthday candle" on it. The quickest pair to complete the task will win.
