A challenge for NGO representatives that requires the collaboration of two NGO participants to complete obstacles.

Starts at Chater Road between Alexandra House and Chater House. Team member 1 from each participating team races down Chater Road with a briefcase before passing it to his/ her teammate. Team member 2 must then find a piece of cheese and pass both the briefcase and the cheese back to his/ her teammate, who dashes to the starting point and completes the "cheesecake" with the cheese. The pair that completes the task the fastest wins.
